Tasty Bean Sausages

1 1/2 cups Pinto beans, cooked
1 Roma tomato
1/2 cup Anaheim peppers, chopped
1/2 cup red Bell peppers, chopped
1 medium size red onion, peeled and sliced

1 tsp. fennel seed ground
1 tsp. tu
rmeric
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. sweet paprika powder

1 1/2 cups Vital Gluten
1 1/2 cups soy flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp. coriander powder
1/2 tsp. s
age powder
1/2 tsp. oregano powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil

In a blender, put the beans, the onion, the peppers and the tomato with a little water and blend till smooth. Scrape into a bowl, add the other ingredients and mix thoroughly into a soft dough, take 1 tablespoon on the palm of y
our hand and form the sausages of whatever size you like them. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 300ยบ F, turning them ever so often until golden brown.
Serve as is or with your favorite sauce.
