Soy Potato Burgers

These are absolutely delicious and easy to make!

1 cup soy flour
2 medium sized potatoes
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs (make your own by toasting your bread and then pulverizing it in the blender or food processor)
1 medium size red onion
1/4 cup nuts
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (not Brewer's yeast, you can get this kind of yeast at health food stores)
2 Tbsp. sweet paprika powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. oregano powder
1/4 tsp. ground sage
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup Do-Pep
1/2 cup water

Make your bread crumbs and set aside. Put in the blender the potatoes, the onion and the nuts with half of the water. Process till smooth.
Scrape onto a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes, till the Do-Pep has worked in the dough.
Then, form the burgers with your hands of whatever size you want them, and bake them in a greased pan at 300ยบ F for 30 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping them over every 15 minutes.
