8 oz. of soy, rice or almond milk per serving
1 peeled, and sliced banaa (ripe with some brown spots on the peel are best)
1 Tbsp. orange juice from concentrate per serving
1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
3 capsules of acidophilus per serving
2 tsp cane or brown sugar
1 cup coconut milk
Optional, 1 tsp. vanilla
Drop all your ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
Enjoy!
