2 cups oats (quick)
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup walnuts (ground)
2 Tbsp. sweet paprika powder
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder or to taste
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

In a bowl, mix all ingredients, adding water little by little, till you have a soft dough that is not runny.
Form patties the size you prefer and cook them in a skillet barely "painted" with olive oil until golden brown
on both sides.

Yield depends on size of patties.
