Scrumptious and Easy Bean "Meatless" Meatballs

1 1/2 cups Red Kidney beans, cooked
1 Roma tomato
1/2 cup Anaheim peppers, chopped
1/2 cup red Bell peppers, chopped
1 medium size red onion, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. fennel seed ground
1/4 tsp. sage in powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. sweet paprika powder
1 1/2 cups Vital Gluten
1 1/2 cups soy flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp. coriander powder
1/2 tsp. sage powder
1/2 tsp. oregano powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil

In a blender, put the beans, the onion, the peppers and the tomato with a little water and blend till smooth. Scrape into a bowl, add the other ingredients and mix thoroughly into a soft dough, take 1 tablespoon on the palm of your hand and form themeatballs of whatever size you like them. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 300ยบ F, turning them ever so often until golden brown.
Serve as is or with your favorite sauce. Serve with rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, baked yams, sweet potatoes, squash or anything you like.
