These sound delightful. However, I don't usually eat fried foods, can I bake these instead?

Thanks for linking up to Healthy Vegan Fridays! Please make sure to link this recipe to this week's HVF post on one of the co-hosts blogs!

Hi +herbivore triathlete. We don't eat anything fried at home either. But we don't consider that a skillet barely painted with oil so that the croquettes won't stick is a fried food, especially since the resulting croquettes are not greasy at all. But you can by all means bake them, we do that a whole lot ourselves as well. Enjoy!
