1 cup soy flour
½ cup Teff or Amaranth flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour
1/3 cup walnuts
½ tsp. Garlic powder
½ tsp. Ground coriander
1 ½ Tbsp. Sweet paprika powder
2 Tbsp. Onion powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp. Olive oil
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and form the balls, flattening them slightly with your hands. Place them in an oiled cookie sheet and bake them at 350ยบ F, turning them until golden brown.
Make your favorite sauce or gravy and pour it on top if you like. You can also serve them with rice and white beans or garbanzos. They are very delicious like that.
