Tasty Bean Patties

These are easy and very flavorful patties. An excellent way to use leftover beans!

2 cups of red or pinto beans, cooked
1/2 cup quick oats
1 1/2 cups soy flour
3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. rosemary powder
1 tsp. coriander, ground
1/2 tsp. tarragon, ground
1/2 cup walnuts, ground
4 Tbsp. water
Put the oats to soften in the water. Mash well the beans and mix them with the soy flour and the oats. Add the rest of the ingredients and form the patties. Bake them at 300ยบ F, turning, till golden brown on both sides.
